On Saturday 28th September and Sunday 29th September from 09:00 to 20:00 CERN will open its door to everyone. Meet the people who make the discoveries, visit the installations where they work, discover the computer centre which is at the heart of the worldwide computing grid, explore hi-tech laboratories, descend 100 metres underground to the experimental caverns, visit the control centres where the scientists and engineers monitor and control their elaborate instruments, take in fascinating presentations about this amazing scientific adventure The CERN Open Days app is the ideal companion during these incredible days. Use this app to find out about all practical information, interesting visit points, possible parking or the places where you can grab some food or drinks. With an accurate map you will never get lost. The mission of the app is to help you to find all the information that you need and fully enjoy your time at CERN.
